用雞湯蒸水蛋好味(詳見: 帶子蒸水蛋),用鮮奶蒸水蛋好味 (詳見: 鮮奶蟹柳蒸水蛋),本以為蒸水蛋係easy job,點知用豆漿蒸水蛋就出事喇!
煮過咁多次豆漿菜式,次次感覺都好fresh好有創意,今次呢個好難食! 感覺就係怪! 怪得不得了! 原譜係蒸蛋白,大蚊改了全蛋已經係錯,味道很不協調; 加上燕麥可能落得太多,吸去咗蒸水蛋入面嘅水份,個蛋完全冇柔軟感,質感好硬!
勉強加了d生抽先至可以送飯食,呢個菜式失敗咗喇!
