Salmon Delight with Meshed Potato

 


Salmon Delight 第二擊! 今次真係買三文魚扒~~味道match好多呢!!

以前會用急凍三文魚扒~~但原來新鮮 (或者應該叫做冰鮮??!)嘅價錢差唔多,味道亦比較好,一定唔會腥呢!!!

大蚊亦比較喜歡上圖呢一隻長條型嘅"三文魚柳",唔係太喜歡U型嗰種"腩"部啊! (對不起,對魚類不太認識,唔知講得啱唔啱,有錯請指正!!

  1. u shaped, usually called steak, in your case, salmon steak. I guess you prefer fillet instead,right?

  2. 你用什麼調味料呢?我平時用柠檬汁,olive oil,鹽,蒜茸,黑椒同香草。都幾好幾清~
