瑤柱木耳絲炒翠玉瓜

 

媽媽買咗包木耳絲俾大蚊,呢隻食材都幾好用呢!!

蝦碌事件: 大蚊唔係好知道d木耳絲應該點搞,於是將佢地同d瑤柱一齊浸然後再蒸 - 其實冇影響個味道~只係冇必要咁樣去煮呢!

味道ok,d 木耳絲好爽口,口感十分不錯!!

  3. My mom bought me a package of wooden ear too... After I read your recipe, I was thinking...you can also include dried mushroom too.
