M&S Bagel,質地不錯,但焗出來很硬! 如果用微波爐 + 焗爐雙管齊下又可行嗎? 應該先用微波爐還是焗爐呢??

圓型的是火雞片,味道不錯。 自己塗Cream Cheese,不敢重手,結果是幾乎嚐不到Cream Cheese那份帶罪惡的香、軟、嫩、濃,要加5倍份量才夠啊!
