仲有..即溶吉士粉+左淡忌廉之後, 要唔要再做d乜野程序 (雪or其他), 因為我見圖好似唔係好溶咁o既? 吉士粉的口感會唔會唔滑?

你好, 大蚊, 我想請教一下整酥皮撻的tips. 昨晚我試整了一個20cm直徑的蜜桃撻, 我只用了一塊現成酥皮 (牌子和你的一樣), 焗出來好似薄左d, 且個邊邊唔酥化開, 係咪應該用多一兩塊? 還是放置酥皮的技巧問題?[版主回覆12/08/2008 21:22:00]我係用一塊架咋! 你有冇碌開佢? 呢隻係唔可以碌開佢/摺埋佢架! 咁呢我問咗orange baking個哥哥,佢話放室溫時間都重要架! 要good timing 囉! 我都話唔到俾你知係點,我會等到比較軟身先整! 有冇拮孔呀? 個邊有冇按好? (跟個批邊按) 希望幫到你!
